Basic website usage data collected by Squarespace (such as pages visited and browser type). We do not independently track this data.

To create and deliver your custom travel itinerary
To communicate with you about your order and itinerary
To send you travel tips, destination inspiration, and updates about Tables & Terroir, LLC via email (you may unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the tools and platforms necessary to operate our business:
Google Forms and Google Sheets -- used to collect and store your intake information securely
Squarespace -- used to process payments and host our website. Squarespace handles payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full payment details.
Beehiiv -- used to send email newsletters and updates. Your email address is stored in Beehiiv if you opt in to marketing communications.
Google Slides -- used to build and format your itinerary document. Your trip details are used within this platform solely to create your deliverable.
Canva -- used to design and finalize your itinerary presentation. Your trip details are used within this platform solely to create your deliverable.
Google My Maps -- used to map your itinerary locations including restaurants, hotels, and activities. Your trip details are used within this platform solely to create your deliverable.
Google Docs -- used as a backup storage document for your itinerary data. Your trip details are stored securely within Google Workspace.
Each of these platforms maintains their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them if you have questions about how they handle your data.
4. Email Marketing
If you purchase an itinerary or opt in through our website, you may receive emails from us including travel inspiration, destination spotlights, and Tables & Terroir, LLC updates.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly at help@tablesandterroir.com. We will remove you promptly.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver your itinerary and maintain our business records. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at help@tablesandterroir.com and we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Your data is stored within password-protected platforms (Google Workspace and Squarespace). Payment processing is handled entirely by Squarespace and is encrypted and PCI compliant. We do not store payment card details.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal information
